Just spoke with Craig Piercy from SKN. The announcement was ready to drop early this week however according to Craig the ASX has asked the company to verify a number of “items” within the announcement. It’s claimed to be a lengthy document with lots of info.
SKN has responded and the doc now sits with the ASX for their final approval prior to being given the OK to release. Craig expects all going well the announcement will drop tomorrow and trading will resume.
Craig was professional and didn’t disclose any further information.
IMO a great detailed announcement will be released to the market tomorrow providing the ASX approves the doc.
