Ok , my last post on this point.
I have been told that there were no shares issued at 7 cents , only a combination of shares issued to each applicant , a portion at 8.5 and a portion at 4.2 cents , which averaged out at 7 cents ...which is very different to issuing them at 7 cents each.
The ASX announcement backs up what I was told , as does the trading of the last few days ..i think it was you that said why bother for a 20% gain , when , if the applicants got a portion at the lower 4.2 cents , the gains are much , much higher , which explains the volume being sold down.
This is what HC should actually be about , robust discussion on important , pertinent matters.
