    Thanks for your post..well written and informative as usual

    I understand what you are saying..its just my experience having invested in other companies with Chinese JV's that nothing is ever cast in stone...but I guess that applies to some extent with any party one deals with

    Anyway, I hope your assessment turns out to be accurate..We all do I guess
