unfortunately i agree with lazza.... once arup was confirmed and once it is clear that major players industry are joining, people will be doing the sums

as a takeover defence, if esi can form strategic/equity partnerships in different countries ie power station X in China, Y in India, Z in Mongolia, plus europe etc then if each owns say 5 % of ESI, it will be hard for any one entity to complete a full takeover... thisd defence is a likelehood... and not a million miles away IMO

more important near-term de-risking will provide a floor on share price - confirmation of the $10m must surely be close (they have until AGM)
