Just to add, the notion of selling 10% of The Gambia for a free carry is fanciful.
We were all told by management SAMO was connected to SOLOO which in turn was connected to SNE after much study in the permits, then prior to drilling were told the drill into SAMO if it failed would not affect SOLOO as it was now separate.
Pie in the sky stuff and just shows how inept this mob are.
Management have always been big on hype but have failed to deliver so how can anyone trust or believe what they tell us in the future.
They have to go IMO and still cannot believe they are still here with minimal prospects and the massive dilution they have achieved for no gain and still being paid big bucks.
Any executive worth their salt would resign engineering that outcome.
FAR it must be remembered are still the pariah of this J/V because of their antics and i doubt that will change until FAR are slowly pushed out.
The cash they just raised should be given back or voted down by the big holders at the AGM as part of the condition of the raise was getting finance for the project so how can these big holders who chipped in at 4.25 cents accept it.
All of that cash will be gone in 6 months anyway in cash calls then if FAR fail in their fire sale they will be broke and will have to come once again cap in hand.
FAR are in a dire situation IMO and prospects look bleak, even blind Freddy can see that.
If holders are quite happy to accept that then you really cant feel sorry for them.
