On a marketing note, I wish HCT and their interested parties would get a decent web developer in. Developing websites while they are still live and visible to the public is plain tacky. Like OOHs half built shopify page. There are dead links, random pdfs and pages that don't display correctly all over the place. HCT hasn't been much better. Surely there's a coffee of grand to throw at some professionals?
If we're going to play with the big boys we need to be slicker.
