Kawasaki disease or similar is on the rise in kids likely due to COVID-19. Below paper from China in 2019 where they used USCOM-1A (I think, they just call it "Uscom") to rule out septic shock in a Kawasaki Disease case. Given Uscom's focus on paediatrics it may be relevant.
