Income from the div and return of capital is likely to be offset by a corresponding fall in the share price.
Regarding the consolidation - the reduced number of shares as a result should be offset by an increase in the share price. Consols do not usually do this - a loss is more usual.
I think the big question is what are they going to do as a business in the future.
