How do we go about getting this levy from each client.
You must remember the way it stands those clients who are a debtor as of Oct 16 will not get naything from the prefrences... So why would they chip in?
That's why I thought FH in some way should 'tender' out to all litigations funders and see who comes up with the best offer.
There would be no need to request more than a 10% fee on this. They stand to collect an easy $20 mill and it may not even go to court
