I guess eventually all the legal cases from West Gate Tunnel to North Connex, West Connex, Express Lanes, those in Brisbane, The M5;fatality on the off ramp, the William Tyrrell investigation, the Chair’s issues and D&O saga over the paedophilia investigation he was involved in while in Westpac that caused him to resign from that position.
All these legal fees creates a lot a debt that you cannot replace. they have to keep winning, one loss and the whole thing falls like a stack of cards, or like a pile off of cars.
