European Union pushing for patent laws not being allowed to get in the way or slow down roll out of any vaccines ( and presumably treatments ) and for generics to be straight away.

There goes the 20 year window for 10 years plus of expensive research protection..... if it gets up.

So we have had hacking attempts on other nations to try and get protected information and now they want to steal the same research by agreement.

On the upside they have a point in offering treatments to health care workers first and maybe thats where MSB would be prepared to go cheaply but it looks like this will be an issue down the road.
