personally I'm not sure that is the way to go about it - the reasons for selling the asset is easy for them to justify (at least leagally), however it's all the facts leading up to the situation that need investigating and then you need to justify those concenrs.
Perhaps there needs to be a thread on here to collate all the concerns and complaints so that people can file some well rounded complaints
