Tubs, they don't just sell internet. The business model is providing internet and managed IT services B2B and cross selling both these offerings through bundling achieving greater ARPU, mostly recurring. The B2B market is sticky and low churn.
The deal with NBN will provide them with greater reach across Australia reducing capex requirements and opportunity to cross sell their managed IT services. This is all leveraged off the fact they have some of their own network infrastructure on the east coast where their internet speeds are "rated as being the fastest in Australia".
