I respect @Green Hornet and your contributions. I won't be supporting the resolution, it may allow ASX to get off the hook re the court case. It may also result in a hiatus with no listing. Be careful what you wish for. I might support it if it was a dual listing proposal in another jurisdiction, eg UK. However even that isn't a great idea, ideally re-lisitng then dual listing on Nasdaq is a better strategy. I am prepared to wait on Justice Davies. Better to write to Senator Bragg and ask for the fintech review to be expanded to include the proper role of ASX/ASIC taking into account ASX' monopoly position and the need for competition for other than day to day management of trading, with all lifting of involuntary suspensions to be in ASIC hands with a deadline of 90 days for giving reasons for continuance and/or requirements for lifting.
