We don't need to run this by the ASX, this falls under the Corp Act.

100% agree with the statement that it's ISX fault because it's their mess and they need to get shareholders out of it. To date, they have done a mediocre job of it. Ego's are both massive and I don't think EITHER side will budge. Your statement of "What are your strategies for holding them to account and pressuring them to get the ball rolling?" what else do you and I expect of them? They are trying to get the Nona Agreement announcement out, they have offered 100% of the perf shares in escrow whilst the ASX & ASIC "look" for anything to prove the claims in the SOR. Now many companies have sat suspended for 2 years and delisted, it's in my opinion were are on route for that, unless you think the ASX is about to unsuspend the ISX?

I am over this as much as everyone else. I mean then there is the whole NSX push, do you think ASX is going to sit there with all arms open and say hey JK props for building ClearPay let us lay you a clear path on taking a huge amount of our business away. I think JK should turn ISX focus into developing these systems for ALL exchanges around the world and not this tiny market.
