Seems obvious to me, that that event is the testing of all the pieces put together an end result so to speak?
For instance, they couldn't make a decision as to where the recycling plant would go before they knew they had a repository site to build it? that is happening now with the interim storage facility at New Mexico, then once that is decided an they start building a recycling plant , then that gives a green light to building a re-enrichment plant at Wilmington and at the same time perhaps an HALEU plant will get the nod at Paducah?
The GLE consortium will build that, but I am wondering whether we will ever get to sell one pound of enriched Uranium either in the US or abroad? Either MOX or HALEU? because I reckon at that point GLE will be bought?
Perhaps Silex will get a maintenance contract for the upkeep of the plant?
But I don't believe we will own it, or even part of it?
The good part maybe, is that we get to keep all of the other Silex tech perhaps?
