I think the best use of cash for SDG in the current uncertain environment is to simply sit on it and wait and see if other developers are forced to dump land at attractive prices.
No company is going to give cash back to shareholders now.
On the contrary, there's been a flood of capital raisings, and it's continuing.
We should be grateful that no CR is required by SDG.
