Well G it takes a big man to acknowledge their mistakes . Your posts are usually insightful and Balanced .I know you are excited about the prospects of IHL . I am surprised that firstly that the doc spoke with you and would be mortified if they were to write to you. There are protocols that authorities must follow and obligations they have to the applicants and respectfully to the authorities they are not at liberty to disclose unless matters are in the public domain and I would find it extraordinary for them to correspond with third parties . That would be a significant overreach of their role .

I would suggest next time you speak with the board as they are very approachable and happy to explain if they are at liberty to disclose . I have found them very helpful and open to queries . Approaches to third parties is not in my view appropriate or of benefit to the shareholders . In fact I would be astounded if the officials responded to you .

There have enough many posts about the manner in which Covid has caused delays for the majority of companies on the ASX that is an inescapable fact given the unprecedented nature of this event . Add to that the fact as you know that IHL is in the IP space which requires the company to go through many hoops and line up their ducks there is always going to be some delay .

The board in my view has been beyond reproach and have been excellent in my opinion . Patience is required and whether the trials are a month or two away it will not matter if they are successful . So let’s allow the board to do its thing and trust them as we have to expedite the process which I am sure they are doing . As you will know there are many steps to be undertaken in any clinical trials and many parties that have to tick off . Delays are inevitable given the complexity so we need to give it time . It is not where we start it is where we finish . A delay of a month or two which is beyond the control of the board is understandable and acceptable particularly in this climate .

I am not having a go at you keep up the good work I a, simply expressing my view as sometimes posts contain information without explanation that is out of context and unhelpful to all . IMO
