I don't really know what your agenda is for repeatedly congratulating the board for the action that they have done. You said the market decides on the price for the Li business but where does the market gets their valuations from. They could not just guess that $36M is the price. Due to the expediency of the transaction, it must have come from a very reliable source that this asset is worth much more than the $36M. and where else can they get this information than someone who is in the know.
It is my belief that PT could not have pulled this off on his own. The boards hand I believe is just as dirty as PT's hands and they could all be in it.
So please save us the aggravation by continually congratulating PT and the board for their dirty deeds.
