So take the emotion out of the whole saga, and place yourself in the situation of

(a) Prize stone in your crown (lithium)is still a dream and worth "0" except for its percieved future dream value
(b) Debt must be paid and operating cash made available or good night nurse
(c) Need sales for further cash flow to meet operating expenses, IO is all you have to move to market.
(d) No-one is lending you money, not many can borrow money to buy you out of trouble, in the absence of rainbows, leprechauns, magic wands and unicorns, you have to create a solution.

So forget the conjecture of what PT did to you.

What would you do in this situation ?
is there anyone out there can sell us a solution, that includes keeping RLL and staying afloat?
