Maybe the VS is because they are writing an announcement to the market that they have terminated the agreement to buy pathaway from HCT, given what shimmer says that is all about the product and 2% isn't really a big deal. Maybe the ASX is worried the SP might drop back to under 2c as it was before the pathaway announcement and are trying to talk them out of it??
