Hey Edski1. My premise for stating i thought PR misread FDA meeting is based on the following.

firstly, i recall listening to his market briefing conference call and his excitement about his recent fda meeting was palpable. In fact i almost thought he was holding something back like fast track given how excited he was. I was excited by his excitement!
we then had a market release in 21feb that reports “positive informative pre ind meeting “ and “THE COMPANY IS FULLY FUNDED FOR PROPOSED PHASE 3”. I am even more excited by this time!

we all know the rest of the story and on 7 april we had a what appeared to be a knee jerk investor call to discuss fda pathway and capital raise because phase 3 was 35 million? short of funding based on additional fda scope.

the above is my premise to assert i believe PR misread the fda meeting.

hope this gives some clarity to why in my mind that deserved a place on my list of recent misses.
