Setting up a small online store. Will be doing higher value payments in the vicinity of $3-4k, so Afterpay is a no go. Did some enquiries with Zip and Openpay. We knew everything we needed to know after a 10 min phone call with a Zip sales manager. With Openpay we've got an automated email response saying they'll get in contact with us within 5-7 days, no other info. 3 days later we've heard nothing. Sorry Openpay, you've had your chance, we'll be going with Zip. Warning flag up for me.
