With patience it will hopefully make $1.51! In the meantime it's paying better than bank dividends.

At the last results meeting it was mentioned that a significant institutional investor approached NEW about taking a stake at the current narket price or thereabouts. NEW said not ready to do that until the share price better reflects the true asset value. John did say that he wouldn't be surprised if the steady and regular buying activity on the ASX was a large hlder accumulating. If you look at the trade history it's pretty regular and not insignificant so could easily be someone quietly buying up while the SP is significantly lower than NAV.

I'm certainly sitting tight for now.
