Hi DB, in the end, if WPL have played everything to their advantage, all I can take away from that is that FAR were not up to the task of playing the same game and protecting the company and its shareholders. They tried to join the big boys and girls and failed miserably.

If you feel better thinking WPL set us up, that's fine. They may have got pissed off and made life difficult for FAR. The oil patch is still a rough business. FAR and CNE have a combined share of over 50%, why didn't they push harder? Was Far maybe making life difficult for "all" the JV partners and they want us gone? Who knows.

I'm still wondering what were the disturbing facts revealed during arbitration? FAR mentioned it but the only disturbing fact revealed was a massive hole in our contracts that allowed the sale to happen. It seems to be another indication that FAR was posturing but had no substance. Haven't seen anything come out to prove the contrary unfortunately.

So yes WPL could be making things difficult for us but FAR appear to be going down with barely a whimper.
