    Jesus, you guys don't think sometimes imo.

    I'm a bank and have $1 mill. I have three companies I've loaned $300k each to. Now I can either refinance companies with less equity than debt and little or no income or I can refinance a company with a future.

    Company A = $300k and a loser
    Company B = $300k and a loser
    Company C = $300k and a winner

    Or

    Company C = $900 and a future?

    Anything wrong with my thoughts?
