Um....How about, LEI is the biggest contract miner in Australia..
Well there is going to be a lot of cancellation of proposed mining projects, thats for sure, but I would expect most of the existing mining operations will continue.
Dubai I am not too crazy about. Looks like an enormous bubble going on there.
