    @just-a-dash, I'd say regardless of what energy system is used, overpopulation is unsustainable. Additionally, burial of nuclear waste creates big problems for the future. An example that comes to mind is Runit Dome constructed in the late 1970's. You'll find a few sobering details in a 2017 presentation by ABC Foreign Correspondent & also in a 2019 Los Angeles Times article...

    Who knows, perhaps sometime in the future TTT will be heavily involved in product manufacture for nuclear waste clean-up & containment.
