On investors presentation on 12/5, NVA has 3.9 millions in cash. Cleansing prospectus shows 4 millions shares issued taken from option conversion. Inferred resource of 2.5 million oz is a fair amount. NVA is likely be a good target to be taken over with a share price of 4.8c each and gold price going up strongly.
