Just one thing more, I believe the I/P for these diodes could be worth heaps, especially in things like large screen displays or perhaps even TV screens, these types of screens at the moment require three diodes in each Pixel to get the colour right (Red Blue and Green from memory)this new diode coes it all in one diode and can give a far better colour choice as well, but also because it is only one diode instead of three, it will allow more pixels in a given space and therefore a much better and clearer picture!
