Mate, at last count there is 100 companies, including subsidiaries, director cross connections, links to UK, AIM, LSE, so many delisted companies
Exorbitant rents paid, Jet purchased and sold, so many director "interested party companies" so many end up in the British Virgin Island, Cayman Island, etc. Loans (big) to directors, lots of cross linked company loans, tenements bought and on sold, lots of impairments, etc ........
It is very interesting to say the least.

The starting point is difficult to pinpoint though ....
@insaf at one point I would agreed Brewer's failing was him being incompetent, my views have have changed, you cannot be in this business for over 10 years and remain incompetent, surely?

There is no end to it all ........ SMH

    Question for you all ......
What was the reason the company couldn't satisfy the ASX to be re-listed?
When was the signal this was going to end badly? (not the company) the dream of being a Cobalt miner? Cobalt Producer?

What I don't understand, the morally incorrect actions of some posters, you know the ones (happy clappers as some say) that quite readily tried to disparage posters that were contrary and in contrast to their investment, whilst also attempting to diminish the contents of posts but rarely being able to counter debate or provide actual facts to justify their comments but have strangely gone silent.
Include the disgraceful actions of some large shareholders, that will tried to discredit posters and are now wanting to throw cash into the kitty to pursue some sort of class action? Add brokers that have to re-invent their accounts so the can continue to post their idea of everything being rosey or appear to "distance" themselves from the ex board members, (the good folk really should try and change their writing style)

The incumbent directors have their work well and truly cut out for them to try and salvage the absolute mess of WFE......
That doesn't excuse why the Annual Report hasn't been released though, IMO, with the 12 month delay in getting the half yearly report announced, and with the amount of "subsequent" to period ending information added (I mean, they covered basically everything from Dec 18 through to Jan 20) there was little information needed to be added, other than writing it into the report in its correct format. Which does (back at insaf) indicate that the comments from Brewer on twitter and in a reply email that the financial reports were just needing signing off way back in Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec 2019 (pick your favourite month) were optimistic at best.

    cheers
