Are the final 6 words not enough for you? It’s not worth your mental health by having a tanti over it, but your getting pretty close.
There’s no doubt in my mind what this sentence is saying. IMO they are chewing up more time so that the PFS is released in mid/late June to give it 5-6 weeks of airtime to get the options revving up.
