R SO4 have had management changes on paper but the Middlemas Apollo group have been in charge since they recapped the WHE shell. The current ex-FMG mob building the mine were taken on as a job lot, the board is Apollo. SO4 backers will b hoping that Apollo can do something like the billion dollar Mantra uranium deal.
