i dont care if he's buying more houses or settleing tax debts.
he should have the foresight to assess all his financial obligations and make one sale which can be explained as such.
if it was tax debt, y not set aside some of the proceeds from the sale of the assets which gave rise to the tax debt to cover it??
if its a new house, surely you knew about this when u sold the last parcel, so y not lump them together??

but if he's going to turn up every 6 weeks and dump 1.5m shares, then thats just incredibly poor form for a director.
