you raise some good points in your posts .I have been making enquires of some shareholders I am aware of that hold a lot of stock to ascertain what they intend to do as the current situation is untenable . We need to have disclosure and be informed of the Boards intention and silence is simply is unacceptable .
The shareholders I have spoken with agree that something must be done. The common theme from the shareholders I have spoken with is that the Board has not responded to communications by shareholders seeking answers and failed to address or respond to the significant concerns of the shareholders and that also seems to be a common theme on this forum .I myself have received no response to my queries and that is simply unacceptable to me and to anyone on any view in respect of a public company particularly a company that has been suspended for nine months and is now delisted without no update .
From what I can glean the shareholders I have spoken with will seek to mobilise the shareholders to call an shareholders meeting. My understanding is that calling a general meeting in dealing with this board would be the way to go . There are players that have significant skin in the game and I would be surprised if they sit back and do not seek to protect their interest .Let’s see .
