MSC's chart like all charts react to fundamentals good or bad.
Looking at above graph
The Parabolic SAR is under price line (buy signal)
The Fast MACD is above Slow MACD (Buy signal)
Volumes are higher (buy Signal)
Finally the barge has arrived (delivering packaging equipment) and is now at work delivering product (Kaolin various grades)
Not sure what value Sinotel has? It is a growing telecommunication company for most of Asia
