Good question Lambrae. Myself and other posters have been wondering the same.
They have sold off at least 4 x 500k lots.
I can only surmise its someone who needs cash.
Be interesting to see, when the current lot goes away, if they put up another 500k lot.
I was tempted to sell off a few awhile back because I need some cash.
