Hi cpg well its not my main property but it is one I did a spec on and now I have to put my main one up for sale as well as the spec one and guess what they both not selling, I can hold but it is very stressful as I have a big % bill each month and if I rent out it still wont cover, so its a bit hard going atm.

Thx for your concern they are both blue chip areas (so it is presumed) but high end and no buyers unless under 500.
