Clueless Cath and the Mutes have given us no forward plan or any idea where the company is going now. Oh wait a second, they plan on suing everyone they have ever done business with. That is how they plan to retain shareholder value. Stage 1 of Operation Salary Saver, as you will have noted has been started. They will start with the really old cases first and then work their way back up to trying to extort money out of WPL again, for some blase reason no doubt.
In all seriousness, there is nothing else for us at the moment except to sit and reflect on the damage. The company is running out of options faster than you can bend over and tie your shoes naked at the mardis gras, and the only thing we have heard from management is the usual load of BS about how they are working to retain shareholder value. Right now, I want some updates on what the hell they are doing!
Zacma is right though, this is not just CN's mistake, this is a board wide problem. These people are nothing but for the employees they have under them. Reg Nelson is no glorious businessman, the team he had at Beach was what got him there. Unfortunately, there is simply no A team at Far to help keep the people in charge looking competent.
I have said it multiple times, voting no for resolution 1 in the upcoming AGM will send these freeloaders a message that we have had enough. Maybe when they don't get to keep the mega bucks, they will find somewhere else to go!
