I agree that the best is for the board to go. My understanding listed or not in dealing with the company matters and the board that shareholders can move on them but they need the numbers and have to go through the voting procedure that doesn’t change whether it is on the ASX or not as I understand it .
I would be surprised if the shareholders move ( withe requisite percentage of shareholders ) to call a general meeting and to oust the board and appoint an alternative board that puts their hand up ( namely selected from other major shareholders ) that the vote would be to retain the existing board given what has transpired to date . Defender need a boot along here Imo .
