if that is the case why don't ansteel deposit the funds into kml independently of this "alternative proposal" - that would be the friendly thing to do, or are the interdependent now? in any case if gbg sell out at the bottom of the market, well, their reputations would be mud, perhaps the rebound in the markets lately may change things a little, either way time will tell
