new announcement .. funding proposal, page-109

i can feel shareholders are about to get boned the longer this draws out, means management is entertaining the proposal, at these prices the term "substantial premium" is an insult (unless they are talking $2 in which case why even the need for a suspension) i don't trust a word these guys say...sorry, they should not even be entertaining such a proposal for such a long life asset, the more i think about it, better freeze the whole thing till the tide turns than sell out now for a pittance...i wonder what the firb would be saying off the record
