I see Dickie Dique was with DCG during their growth phase as GM. This was in a large part a lucky time “right place, right time, huge mining boom”.

If they need to shake up the company and remove potential historical issues, then replacing Scott Criddle with an ex employee, who doesn’t have experience as a CEO or any experience in guiding an “unsteady ship” out of trouble, while leaving Scott Criddle in the business appears to be window dressing and drought with potential conflict and destabilising effects.

i would have more confidence with a seasoned, experienced CEO in this role. Not sure this will improve things.
