I don't think it's a coincidence that there's never been any indication of operating costs for the IO released through official medium (e.g. as an ASX announcement).
They were quite happy to give financial data for their Lithium mine though. An NPV for Vallenar would have been nice, even if they didn't apply a PE to that.
