With respect to Antams position on both ARX & ORP, the two are mutually exclusive. Antam has kept its small percentage in ARX and the interested parties in Cibaliung are outside of Antam. Antam was not the only/main negotiating party for ARX. However, it does seem to be all over from external appearances. IMO the final straw may be a composite agreement or JV between a few parties with adjusted %'s. But i am not holding my breathe.
ORP is the bigger project and ARX is more near term, if the senario existed that they (Antam)would take on both projects, revenue from ARX (Cibaliung) could be used to fund the ORP project which is longer term and more profitable. I do not entertain this scenario but it could have been a strategy.
