Once again, I am not sure why ISX are being forced to disclose all of the information about these agreements.
Each of these contracts are solid but not massive numbers, and even if they did subcontract some of the tasks within these contracts, it is perfectly legal to include subcontractor payments as revenue.
I do it every day in my businesses.
