If a buyer came in with a (very large) suitcase full of used $50 bills and said I'll give ya one and a half billion $ for your company, who wouldn't be tempted to grab a quick $3/share for a quick 30 bagger? I guess it could happen?

I need to go back and check the changes made to the constitution re takeovers. It was meant to make it harder for a hostile takeover.
Having said that, money talks. The next 3-6 mths will be interesting that's for sure.
