You obviously have no idea.
Using the Donald Trump defence which is as credible as FAR's does not surprise me one bit looking at the state that country is in.
If you did your research which obviously you haven't you will know these assumptions are FAR's assumptions so my advice to you would be to email FAR management and ask them.
