No, we have existing tenements we still need to explore and can massively increase of measured / indicated resouces to boost our LOM (currently holding our SP back according to some).

Once Panther and other sites have been explored we then have the Papa New Guinea announcement.. lots of gold there and cheap labour.

Management group is small and focused on

1. Paying back debentures this year
2. Increase productivity and reduce costs of production be improving work flow.
3. Continue to explore, improve our resources
4. Advance the Papua new guinea discussions with a clear approach (we don't know much about this yet but must be exciting with heaps of potential knowing managment)

5. Look for new ground / aquisitions / milling local mines etc.. this should come later as we literally have our hands full.. having said that i know we are "actively looking" hence if the right project came along.

RE: takeovers ... we don't have the war chest to take over anyone.. in the future this WILL change but.

DIVIDENDS.. board own a ton of stock.. they want a pay day, they will pay out very genourous dividends.. so our war chest may not build to the extent where takeovers will happen any time soon given dividends will happen and maybe Q1 2021 with any luck.
