They sell the stock down on very small trades hoping to frustrate other holders in selling down too albeit in larger parcels.
They then get to accumulate stock as they are in the buy queue as well.
They are still in there but not as apparent as before now that 45 got taken out.

Look at the course of sales and you see very small numbers in single transactions
